Calculation-Agent Independence Attestation

Receipts the organizational-independence claim a parametric trigger's neutrality depends on: that the entity whose kernel computed a specific trigger execution (an art-251 payout, an art-252 cat-bond term validation, or an art-309 index derivation) declares no controlling or compensating relationship with a named interested party (cedant, sponsor, reinsurer, or other) to the outcome that trigger determines. This is a self-declared attestation: it receipts what was declared, not an independently verified fact.

Self-declared, never independently verified Binds to one specific trigger execution_hash party_id private-input option (SPEC.md §25)
🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only.
⚠ Not a determination of independence and not a legal or regulatory finding. A citable record of what was declared, and to which specific trigger computation. Whether the declaration is true is a fact for the parties and, on dispute, an arbitrator or court to establish.

What this does not do

It does not verify the declared calc-agent identity against any corporate registry, sanctions list, or ownership database, and it does not itself determine whether a trigger computation was actually independent. It is not a legal or regulatory finding. A clean "independence asserted" result is a record of the declaration made, over one specific trigger execution_hash, nothing more.

ART-306 scores whether an AI agent's execution evidence is complete enough for an underwriter to price it, a rubric composite across determinism, replayability, oversight density, and dispute history. This node asks a different question: not how good is the evidence, but whether the entity that computed this specific trigger outcome is free of a declared controlling or compensating relationship with a named party to that outcome. This node produces no composite and no rubric, only a binary declared-relationship attestation bound to one trigger execution_hash. Cite this node's execution_hash, independence_asserted, and trigger_ref fields when composing a dispute-ready evidence pack over the same trigger computation.

Copy this paragraph into Claude, OpenClaw, or any MCP-aware agent to run this exact tool, with this sample, and verify the artifact.

Run the AINumbers MCP tool `attest_calc_agent_independence`. Task: Receipts the organizational-independence claim a parametric trigger's neutrality depends on: that the entity whose kernel computed a specific art-251/art-252/art-309 execution_hash declares no controlling or compensating relationship with a named interested party to the outcome that trigger determines.
Call it with arguments: {"policy_parameters":{"calc_agent_id":"did:web:calcagent-example.test","interested_parties":[{"party_role":"cedant","party_id":"cedant-example-co"},{"party_role":"sponsor","party_id":"sponsor-example-spv"}],"relationship_declaration":"none","trigger_ref":{"execution_hash":"sha256:aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa","tool_id":"art-251-compute-parametric-trigger-payout"}}}
Verify before trusting: call `verify_execution_hash` on mcp.ainumbers.co (https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp) with the parameter `claimed_hash` set to the returned `execution_hash`, passing the full artifact the run returned (the object containing `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` + `execution_hash`; equivalently `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` with `claimed_hash`), not the bare hash string.
