Deterministic bind of an ISO 20022 pacs.008 (customer credit transfer) or pacs.009 (FI transfer) payment message to EVM contract-call arguments, plus an OCG receipt of the mapping: resolved call, per-field bindings, unmapped required fields, and ABI type coercions.

What this does NOT prove
Swift's blockchain-based shared ledger (Besu/EVM-compatible, MVP live 2026-07-09, 17-bank pilot) has not publicly published a pacs.008/pacs.009 field-binding table or a fixed settlement-contract ABI shape; Swift's own announcement describes Chainlink CCIP for cross-chain routing, not a confirmed Besu/Linea-specific call format. This kernel maps against a draft, generic ISO-20022-to-EVM profile supplied as an ABI fragment, never against a live or confirmed Swift production contract interface, and never queries a chain or RPC endpoint.

⚠ DECISION-SUPPORT DRAFT. Draft-pinned mapping profile, not a claim of conformance to Swift's production contract interface.
