Force-Placed Insurance Notice Checker

Checks a lender-placed (force-placed) insurance event against the notice sequence the servicer must complete before charging: the 45-day advance first notice with its prescribed content set, the reminder notice at least 15 days before the charge and at least 30 days after the first notice, and the no-evidence-of-continuous-coverage precondition. When evidence of continuous coverage arrives, the 15-day cancellation-and-refund clock is evaluated with a pro-rata overlapping-coverage refund computed from the values you type in, and the charged premium is set against a borrower-provided alternative-quote value as a comparison table. Every element carries its paragraph citation. The node reports values only and never labels a premium reasonable or unreasonable.

Copy this paragraph into Claude, OpenClaw, or any MCP-aware agent to run this exact tool, with this sample, and verify the artifact.

Run the AINumbers MCP tool `check_force_placed_notice`. Task: Check a lender-placed insurance event against the 12 CFR 1024.37 notice sequence: the 45-day advance first notice with its prescribed content set, the reminder notice at least 15 days before the charge and at least 30 days after the first notice, the no-evidence precondition, the 15-day cancel-and-refund clock with pro-rata overlapping-coverage refund, and a values-only premium benchmark against the borrower alternative quote.
Call it with arguments: {"policy_parameters":{"first_notice_date":"2026-03-01","reminder_notice_date":"2026-04-01","charge_date":"2026-04-20","charged_premium_amount":1200,"charge_coverage_start":"2026-04-20","charge_coverage_end":"2027-04-19","alternative_quote_amount":600}}
Verify before trusting: call `verify_execution_hash` on mcp.ainumbers.co (https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp) with the parameter `claimed_hash` set to the returned `execution_hash`, passing the full artifact the run returned (the object containing `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` + `execution_hash`; equivalently `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` with `claimed_hash`), not the bare hash string, or re-run the in-page WebMCP tool `check_force_placed_notice`.
