Recomputes a monthly exchange maker-taker invoice from a fee schedule you paste in: resolves your active tier from your declared prior-period average daily volume, applies that tier's maker rebate and taker access-fee rate to your declared monthly maker/taker share totals, and diffs the result against the amount you were actually invoiced. Separately, and independently of which tier is active, checks every declared tier's taker rate against the Rule 610(c) access-fee cap.

It does not source, fetch, or maintain any exchange's actual published fee schedule; you paste the schedule that applies to you, the same way you already read it off the exchange's fee page. It does not evaluate sub-dollar securities under Rule 610(c) (a different formula governs those), and it is not legal or accounting advice: a DIVERGES or CAP_EXCEEDS verdict is a citable arithmetic finding for you and, where relevant, your counsel to evaluate against the exchange's actual schedule and the rule text.
This node is a fee-invoice recompute over a caller-declared exchange schedule, distinct from the OpenChainGraph suite's clearing-margin and settlement-reconciliation tools (FICC netting, cross-margin, buy-in): those recompute clearinghouse obligations, this one recomputes what an exchange bills a trading firm for order flow under its published maker-taker/access-fee tiers.
