UCP 600 / ISBP 745 Document Examination Assembler

Recomputes the letter-of-credit document examination a checker already works from a paper checklist inside the 5-banking-day window, using structured field values the checker transcribes off the presentation. Checks presentation timing against the credit's expiry and the Art. 14(c) shipment-plus-window rule, the Art. 14(b) examination-window arithmetic, Art. 30 quantity and amount tolerances, the Art. 28(f)(ii) insurance floor, cross-document consistency under Art. 14(d)/(e), and draft tenor arithmetic. Every finding cites its article number.

What this does not do

It does not read, upload, or parse any document image, PDF, or scan; every field is a value the checker has already transcribed. It does not itself determine that a presentation is complying under UCP 600; a DISCREPANT verdict is a citable record of the arithmetic checks this tool ran, which the examiner and, on referral, the issuing bank evaluate against the full presentation. Goods-description conformity across documents is a checker judgment declared as a boolean input, never inferred from free text.

ART-420 MT700 LC Field Validator validates the SWIFT MT700 issuance message itself, the fields the credit is opened with. This node is the downstream examination step: once documents are presented against an already-issued credit, it recomputes the checker's own arithmetic (timing, tolerances, insurance floor, cross-document consistency, draft tenor) rather than re-validating the issuance message.
