SLATE Securities-Loan Report Field Validator

Field-level structural validator for a covered-securities-loan report record against the FINRA Rule 6500-series field spec (loan terms, rate, collateral type, counterparty) that FINRA Rule 6540 requires (FINRA's implementation of SEC Rule 10c-1a securities-lending transparency reporting, SLATE). Honestly scoped: this schema-validates structurally and is not a full SLATE conformance engine. This tool validates only, it never transmits, never calls an RNSA, and never simulates submission.

Copy this paragraph into Claude, OpenClaw, or any MCP-aware agent to run this exact tool, with this sample, and verify the artifact.

Run the AINumbers MCP tool `validate_slate_report_fields`. Task: Field-level structural validator for a covered-securities-loan report record against the FINRA Rule 6500-series field spec (loan terms, rate, collateral type, counterparty) that FINRA Rule 6540 -- FINRA's implementation of SEC Rule 10c-1a securities-lending transparency reporting (SLATE) -- requires.
Call it with arguments: {"policy_parameters":{"reports":[{"loan_id":"LOAN-1001","effective_date":"2026-08-01","rate_type":"FLAT","rate":4.25,"collateral_type":"CASH","collateral_value":100000,"counterparty_id":"CPTY-77","security_identifier":"037833100","quantity":5000,"loan_type":"NEW"}]}}
Verify before trusting: call `verify_execution_hash` on mcp.ainumbers.co (https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp) with the parameter `claimed_hash` set to the returned `execution_hash`, passing the full artifact the run returned (the object containing `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` + `execution_hash`; equivalently `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` with `claimed_hash`), not the bare hash string.
