AML Lookback Completeness Reconciler

Reconciles an AML consent-order remediation lookback's order-scope population against the extract actually produced for re-screening, period by period. Coverage is always measured against the source-system record count you declare, never the extract's own self-reported count — a lookback that reports zero gaps because it only counted what the extract already contains is indistinguishable from a clean lookback, and catching that blind spot is the point of this tool. A second, independent check flags any period whose versioned sanctions/PEP list snapshot was not preserved as unverifiable, excluded from the coverage total rather than silently re-screened against today's list.

Copy this paragraph into Claude, OpenClaw, or any MCP-aware agent to run this exact tool, with this sample, and verify the artifact.

Run the AINumbers MCP tool `reconcile_aml_lookback_completeness`. Task: Reconcile an AML consent-order remediation lookback's order-scope population against the extract actually produced for re-screening, per historical period.
Call it with arguments: {"policy_parameters":{"periods":[{"period_label":"2023-Q4","source_record_count":500,"extract_record_count":500,"dedup_record_count":500,"snapshot_available":true},{"period_label":"2024-Q1","source_record_count":620,"extract_record_count":620,"dedup_record_count":620,"snapshot_available":true}]}}
Verify before trusting: call `verify_execution_hash` on mcp.ainumbers.co (https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp) with the parameter `claimed_hash` set to the returned `execution_hash`, passing the full artifact the run returned (the object containing `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` + `execution_hash`; equivalently `policy_parameters` + `output_payload` with `claimed_hash`), not the bare hash string.
Return the ledger link https://ledger.ainumbers.co/ so a human can re-verify without contacting us.
PII rule: All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only.
