ART-466 · DORA Register of Information

DORA Register of Information Builder & Cross-Validator

Builds the DORA Register of Information's core template relationships (entity, ICT third-party providers, functions, contractual arrangements) from your inputs and cross-validates them: LEI format + check-digit, referential integrity across templates, and mandatory-field completeness. Emits a hash-anchored OpenChainGraph v0.4 artifact with a form-shaped dataset plus a validation report.

Structural validator, not an xBRL-CSV writer

🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only.
Scope limits, read before use: the DORA RoI's official submission format is xBRL-CSV. This tool does NOT emit xBRL-CSV; it validates and structures the underlying data model as form-shaped JSON only. Criticality of a function or an ICT provider (the critical flag on each function) is a value YOU supply here as a plain input; this tool does not judge, compute, or sign off on criticality designations; that is a separate human-accountability step (a later WU, not built here). This tool checks a minimal load-bearing field set per record, not the full ESA field catalog.
20-char ISO 17442 LEI.

Distinct from ART-467 DORA ICT Incident Classifier: this tool validates the standing Register of Information dataset; that tool classifies a single incident's reporting obligations. Criticality sign-off / annual RoI release approval records are a separate later program step (DORA-K-2), not built here.
