Model Inventory Entry Builder

Builds a single SR 26-2 model-inventory record from your declared model attributes: checks the required-field set (model name, owner, business purpose, development date), derives a proportionality tier (limited / moderate / high) from declared materiality and complexity scores, and returns a completeness score with any missing fields flagged. First node in the model-passport lifecycle — followed by outcome-analysis comparison (ART-451) and validation status (ART-452).
