ACDC Delegation Chain Verifier

Verifies a chain of Authentic Chained Data Containers (ACDC): per-credential SAID (self-addressing identifier) integrity, issuer→issuee edge linkage between successive credentials, schema SAID match, termination at a stated root AID, and revocation-status passthrough (report, never resolve; zero-fetch). KERI / ACDC / CESR were ratified by the Trust over IP Foundation in January 2026. Verify-only: this tool never operates witness/registry infrastructure. JSON-serialized ACDCs only; CESR binary streams not yet accepted.

Successor to ART-04
ART-04 (Agent Identity & Authorization Attestation Checker) validates KYA-OS structure, whose delegation model follows KERI delegated identifiers. This tool verifies the actual ACDC chain mechanics (SAID digests and edge linkage) that make a KERI-style delegation chain tamper-evident.

⚠ DECISION-SUPPORT DRAFT. Verifies chain mechanics only, including a documented SHA-256 SAID convention (not full CESR multicodec SAIDs); it is not a legal determination of authority.
