Scores a cross-border payment against the Wolfsberg Payment Transparency Standards (6 fields, 110-point scale: HIGH 80+, MEDIUM 50–79, LOW below 50) and validates ISO 17442 LEI check-digit bindings for originator and beneficiary. LEI absence is not an error; LEI presence with a bad check digit is a binding failure.
