Method Selection & Inputs
UK retained PSD2 Art.9 rules post-Brexit via PSRs 2017 Reg.8. Thresholds unchanged.
Determines initial capital floor. AIS-only PIs: €50,000. All other authorised PIs: €125,000.
Method A only. Total fixed costs from prior year P&L per PSD2 Art.9(1)(a).
Methods B & C. Total value of payment transactions in the most recent 12 months.
Method C only. Volume from the year prior to the current year. Leave blank to use current year as proxy.
Method C only. Volume from two years prior. Leave blank to use current year as proxy.
