Recommended sequence for using these tools to build or review Consumer Duty compliance. Each step produces outputs that feed the next.
If your products include deferred payment or BNPL, start with T329 to determine DPC scope under FSMA 2023 Schedule 9 before 15 July 2026. The scope determination drives all downstream DPC obligations.
Map Consumer Duty obligations to your DPC products (T331), then build your creditworthiness assessment methodology (T330) against CONC 5 proportionality requirements.
Test each product against the Price and Value outcome (PRIN 2A.4) using T396. This annual fair value review is a core PS22/9 §4 requirement. Document results for board reporting.
Use T395 to map vulnerable customer segments to the four outcome areas and identify gaps in support channels, accessible formats, and escalation processes under FG21/1 and PS22/9 §5–8.
Use T397 to design the MI framework needed for board oversight (PS22/9 §12), then generate the Consumer Duty board report with T347. Both tools export Policy Mandate JSON for agent pipeline integration.
Consumer Duty annual fair value reviews, vulnerability assessments, obligation mapping, and board report generation. Start with T329 (DPC scope) → T395 → T396 → T347.
Test product pricing against PRIN 2A.4 fair value requirements, review target market definitions, and identify loyalty pricing penalties that may breach Consumer Duty. Use T396.
Design board-level MI framework (T397) and Consumer Duty board report (T347). Identify escalation thresholds for all four Consumer Duty outcomes in line with SYSC 4 and PS22/9 §12.
All 7 tools export Policy Mandate JSON compatible with the AINumbers MCP manifest. Integrate Consumer Duty assessments into agent pipelines using the MCP tool definitions.
Identify vulnerable customer support gaps (T395), review channel accessibility, and ensure escalation pathways meet FG21/1 §4.35 requirements. Document for Consumer Duty board reporting.
Review fair value assessments, Consumer Duty obligation maps, and board reports generated by T347 and T396. Export Policy Mandate JSON for legal workflow integration.
Tools in this hub are mapped to the following FCA regulatory instruments. Verify current applicability with qualified legal counsel.
