The Tokenized M&A Due Diligence Lens enables PE firms, banks, and corporates to analyse tokenized-asset contracts, regulatory filings, and SPA drafts locally. Zero data leaves the browser during due diligence.

How it works: Upload a PDF, TXT, or CSV document and the tool applies a rule-based NLP pipeline (regex + heuristics) to extract parties, dates, amounts, clauses, compliance flags, and tokenisation references. Results are displayed in a sortable, filterable table with inline editing. A sample cross-border acquisition SPA is bundled for immediate exploration.

All logic runs as plain JavaScript in your browser — no machine learning models, no external API calls. Outputs are generated deterministically from embedded rule sets and knowledge bases.

Export: Results can be downloaded as JSON or Markdown for use in downstream workflows, agent runtimes, or audit documentation.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. No data is transmitted to any server. All inputs, calculations, and generated outputs are processed locally on your device. fetch() and XMLHttpRequest are overridden at runtime to block all outbound network calls.
