Scope & reliance — 🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only. Embedded rates, thresholds, and regulatory citations are static reference values that may age — verify against current primary sources and your own data before relying on any output for commercial, legal, or compliance decisions. Deterministic logic · no inference · zero PII · CC BY 4.0.
How to use this tool Work through all five stages in order. Stage 2 unlocks only after your prefunding model meets the minimum threshold. Stage 3 gating checks compliance completeness. Stages 1–4 feed Stage 5's board-ready Go-Live Playbook. You can return to any earlier stage using the stage bar above. Upstream context: Tool 78 (Smart Routing Advisor) and Tool 01 (A2A Fee Calculator).

Stage 1: Business Case & Rail Selection

Define your payment profile, select the target A2A rail, and establish a cost baseline. Rail scores are computed from your inputs.

Jurisdiction & Regulatory Scope
APP Fraud Liability Model
APP Fraud: Rail-Specific Liability Under UK PSR PSP reimbursement rules (live Oct 2024), mandatory 50/50 split between sending and receiving PSP. US: NACHA WEB debit rules require account validation. EU PSD3 strong authentication (SCA) obligation shifts liability to PSP if SCA was not enforced. Select your applicable liability model below.

Synthetic Test Batch Generator
ACH / FedNow Format-Valid Synthetic Records Generates randomised but format-valid test records for UAT and integration testing. Records are entirely synthetic: no real account numbers or routing numbers are used. FedNow records follow ISO 20022 pacs.008 field structure.
