Intercompany Elimination and Netting Workflow

Deterministic matching arithmetic over intercompany balances you declare. For each declared entity pair the page compares the receivable declared by one entity against the payable declared by its counterparty, rounded to two decimal places (half-up): equal amounts form a matched pair, unequal amounts are listed as a mismatch with their difference. The page reports matched and mismatched pair counts, the elimination total, the unmatched residual, a full trace, and an overall GAPS_FOUND or ALL_MATCHED verdict. Every amount here is yours: the page holds no ledger data, posts no journal, moves no money, and reads no clock.

⚠ This is a matching-arithmetic checker over caller-declared synthetic inputs. It is not legal advice, not an audit opinion, not a determination that any consolidation is correct, and not a settlement instruction: nothing is posted, netted, or paid anywhere, and no counterparty is contacted. An absent or invalid input is refused fail-closed and named, never silently repaired.

Declared Entity Pairs (synthetic)
Pairs (JSON array: a, b, a_receivable, b_payable)

Each pair declares a receivable held by entity a against entity b, and the payable declared by b against a. Amounts are rounded to two decimal places, half-up, before any comparison. A pair matches when the two rounded amounts are equal; otherwise it is listed as a mismatch and its difference joins the unmatched residual. The elimination total sums the smaller side of every declared pair.
