Consultation Response Tracker

Rolls up the regulatory consultations you declare against an as-of date you declare. For each consultation you declare its id, its close date, and whether you responded; the page computes the open count, the closed-unresponded listing, the whole days to the next unresponded close, and an overall ATTENTION_REQUIRED, ON_TRACK or ALL_RESPONDED verdict. Every date here is yours: the page holds no register, no portal, no feed, no calendar, and no clock.

⚠ This tool computes arithmetic over caller-declared consultation declarations under named verdict rules. as_of is your declared date, never a runtime clock, and it never reads a register, portal, feed, or calendar. responded is your declaration, never a check, and an ON_TRACK verdict is not a promise that any deadline will be met. An absent or invalid input is refused fail-closed and named, never silently repaired.

Declared As-Of Date

Declare the as-of date for the roll-up (YYYY-MM-DD). It is an input, never a clock: the page reads no wall-clock time anywhere. A consultation whose close date equals as_of is still open; only a close strictly before as_of can be a missed close.
