Proxy Voting Record

Deterministic record arithmetic over inputs you declare. From a meeting record date and vote deadline, your declared record-date positions, and a declared voting instruction, this page computes the entitled share count, the whole days between the received date and the deadline, and an execution-confirm verdict of VOTE_RECORDED or INSTRUCTION_LATE. Every date, position, and instruction here is yours: the page holds no registrar, no share register, and no clock.

⚠ This is a record-keeping calculator over caller-declared synthetic inputs. It is not voting advice, not a recommendation on how to vote, not a proxy solicitation, and not a submission channel: no instruction is transmitted anywhere, and no entitlement is confirmed against a live register. How to vote is a judgement that belongs to the shareholder alone. An absent or invalid input is refused fail-closed and named, never silently repaired.

Meeting (declared, synthetic)
Record Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
Vote Deadline (YYYY-MM-DD)

Both dates are declared inputs; the page holds no clock. The record date grounds the entitlement, the deadline bounds the instruction window.

Record-Date Positions (declared)
accountshares

Entitlement is the sum of the declared position shares: whole shares only, one row per account. Entitlement is declared here, never confirmed against a live register.

Voting Instruction (declared)
Received (YYYY-MM-DD)
Direction

days_before_deadline is the whole UTC calendar difference from received to the deadline. A received date at or before the deadline records the vote as VOTE_RECORDED; a later received date records INSTRUCTION_LATE, with the instruction still reported: the deadline miss is the record, never a silent drop.
