Lending Recall Prioritizer

Deterministic ranking arithmetic over a recall queue you declare. Recalls are ranked by due date, then declared size, then id, and a recall is flagged urgent when it is due today or tomorrow relative to your declared as_of date. Every recall, date, and quantity here is yours: the page holds no securities-lending tape, no borrow list, no cutoff feed, and no clock.

⚠ This is a prioritizer of declared inputs under named rules. It does not check live securities-lending tapes, borrow lists, recall cutoff feeds, or regulators’ registers, and it is not an instruction to recall, return, or borrow any security: what to do about a recall is a judgement that belongs to you alone. An absent or invalid input is refused fail-closed and named, never silently repaired.

As-of Date (declared, never today unless you say so)
as_of (YYYY-MM-DD)

A recall is urgent when its due date is 0 or 1 day after this declared date. Past-due and further-out recalls are ranked but never flagged urgent. The page never reads the clock: this date is an input, not today.
