Independently recomputes how a single loan payment applies across escrow, fee, interest and principal buckets under the note's own declared application order, then diffs the recomputed breakdown against the core's actual applied amounts. The application order, bucket balances and payment are all your own inputs: this tool never chooses or infers a posting order, and asserts no universal statutory application order.
