DORA Register of Information xBRL-CSV Validator

Field-level pre-submission checks for a prepared DORA Register of Information xBRL-CSV package - report.json, FilingIndicators.csv, parameters.csv, the archive filename, and pasted table CSV headers - against the EBA DPM 4.0 filing rules an NCA validation engine enforces. Targets the format/field discipline that drove most of the 2024 ESA dry-run's 6.5% first-pass rate; does not judge the register's content design.

⚠ This tool encodes the EBA DPM 4.0 xBRL-CSV filing rules as documented in the CSSF's public NCA submission guide (pinned clause snapshot below), plus zero-network format checks (LEI composition, date/boolean field types). It is not a substitute for the ESA/NCA validation engine and does not check business content, only package format and field discipline.
DORA xBRL-CSV Zero PII Client-Side
Scope & reliance: 🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data - use synthetic or anonymised inputs only. Rules are cited from research/clause-snapshots/CSSF-DORA-RoI-submission-guide-2026-08-21.excerpt.md (refs D1–D11). An archive-size limit and a filename-spacing rule are sometimes quoted elsewhere but are not stated in this primary source, so this tool does not gate on them. LEI checks are format/checksum only - no GLEIF network lookup, consistent with the ESAs' own no-network-required posture during the initial reporting phase. Deterministic logic · no inference · zero PII · CC BY 4.0.
