Scope fence – read before use A PASS verdict proves: the pasted receipt's execution_hash recomputes correctly from its policy_parameters/output_payload; every attached eddsa-jcs-2022 audit_signature.proof verifies against the key it names; and any anchor_bindings[].merkle_inclusion path reconstructs the claimed root. It does not prove the timestamp authority or transparency log itself is honest or complete, that the signing key belongs to who it claims, or that the underlying RFC 3161/OpenTimestamps proof bytes are valid – this tool checks the hash, signature, and Merkle layer only, never the TSA/log's own cryptographic evidence. For that, or for witness-cosignature verification, use the Witness Cosignature Verifier. Nothing on this page ever opens a network connection – every check runs against the bytes you paste or upload.
