Scope fence – read before use
This tool grades the data quality of a pasted GLEIF LEI record – how complete, current, and corroborated the record's own fields are. It says nothing about the entity's creditworthiness, sanctions status, adverse-media exposure, or whether the entity itself is legitimate. A high data-quality grade means the LEI record is well-formed and current – it is not a KYB clearance, an AML screen, or a legal opinion. Treat this as one input into a broader KYB process, never as its conclusion.
