Fedwire/CHIPS Remediation Diff Receipt

Paste the payment file you swept before remediation and the file you produced after remediation. Both run through the same November 2026 structured-address lint (the rules behind the Fedwire structured-address linter and payment-file sweep), aligned record by record, so you get a per-record disposition — cleared, still failing, regressed, unchanged — and one receipt binding both file digests plus the rule-clearance delta: how many records failed before, how many fail now. This is the artifact a bank shows its regulator or its correspondents to prove the migration actually worked.

⚠ Deterministic, client-side comparison against the published Nov 2026 structured-address rule set. It is evidence of what the two files contain, not a submission to Fedwire, CHIPS, or a regulator, and not legal or compliance advice.
