ISCC Content-Code Generator

Compute a conformant ISO 24138 ISCC (International Standard Content Code) for a file, entirely in your browser. It produces the Instance-Code (exact data integrity), the Data-Code (similarity fingerprint), an optional Meta-Code from the title, and the composite ISCC-CODE that ties them together. The engine is pure JavaScript, verified byte-identical to the official ISCC reference vectors, and the file never leaves your device. Register the code before you tokenize a work, so provenance and rights can bind to it.

⚠ This runs a self-contained ISCC engine (BLAKE3, content-defined chunking, minhash) that passes the official iscc-core conformance vectors on load. It covers the media-agnostic units (Instance, Data, Meta, composite); the media-specific Content-Codes for image, audio, and video are not included. Codes are computed locally and are informational, not a registration or legal record.

Scope & reliance — 🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only. The ISCC engine is verified against the official iscc-core conformance vectors on page load; if that self-check fails the tool refuses to emit codes. Deterministic logic · no inference · zero PII · CC BY 4.0.

A work title enables the Meta-Code (a similarity code over the metadata). Leave blank to skip it.
