HNDL Quantum Risk Scorer

Score Harvest-Now-Decrypt-Later (HNDL) quantum risk per system. Adversaries can capture today's encrypted traffic and decrypt it once a Cryptographically-Relevant Quantum Computer (CRQC) is available (~2030–2035). This tool quantifies exposure: data sensitivity × remaining shelf life vs CRQC horizon × internet exposure × high-value target multipliers.

Scope & reliance — 🔒 All inputs are processed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted. Do not enter real personal data — use synthetic or anonymised inputs only. CRQC arrival estimates (default 10-year horizon) are consensus projections: not guaranteed timelines. Risk scores are decision-support tools; verify with your security team before prioritising migration. Deterministic logic · no inference · zero PII · CC BY 4.0.
