About this tool

pacs.008 (FIToFICstmrCdtTrf) is the ISO 20022 message for customer credit transfers between financial institutions. Under CBPR+, it replaces MT103 for cross-border SWIFT payments. SR2026 is the SWIFT Standards Release formerly scheduled for 14 November 2026. Swift deferred it on 27 August 2026: a partial release covering non-payment message types is planned for Q1 2027, and all cross-border payments changes (MT Category 1, CBPR+, SCORE+, SwiftGo) move to SR2027 or later.

The UETR (Unique End-to-end Transaction Reference) is a UUID v4 generated per instruction: mandatory for CBPR+ payments and SWIFT gpi tracking. Do NOT use in production without validation against the live schema.

Cross-link: use Tool 77 for structured address batch validation (CBPR+ structured vs. unstructured address compliance).
