DORA ICT Cascade Simulator

Monte Carlo simulation of ICT incident propagation across a financial institution's dependency graph. 500 stochastic BFS paths model cascade failure from a single point of compromise through interconnected systems — returning time-to-disruption percentiles, P(DORA reporting threshold breached), and critical path identification aligned to Articles 17–25.
