[1]FCA PS23/16 — Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and Investment Labels (November 2023). Introduces four voluntary sustainability labels, consumer-facing disclosure document, and naming/marketing restrictions for UK-authorised investment funds.
[2]FCA GC23-3 — Anti-Greenwashing Guidance (finalised January 2024, effective May 31 2024). Requires all FCA-authorised firms to ensure sustainability-related claims are fair, clear, not misleading, and substantiated by robust evidence.
