Clause edge report.
SPEC.md section 28 pins a regulatory citation to the computation it grounds: citation to calculation. This report is a different graph: citation to citation. Does one cited instrument amend, reference, repeal, or merely mention another? That relationship is not tracked anywhere else in this estate. This page sweeps every pinned citation object across the built graph, lists the relationships the corpus already declares, and lists every citation with no declared relationship, attributed to whoever mapped it. It is regenerated from source on every run; nothing here is hand-maintained.
Typed relationships found
A relationship the corpus already declares in structured form. Today the only such field is section 28.1's own superseded_by, reused here as a repeals edge rather than duplicated as a separate concept.
No kernel has declared a typed relationship between two citations yet: the corpus has not needed one so far. The row appears here the moment a kernel's citation carries a superseded_by reference (or any future typed field this vocabulary grows to cover).
Unclassified citations
Every pinned citation with no declared relationship to another citation, listed with the kernel(s) that cite it and who mapped it. This is a list, not a ratio: it grows or shrinks as kernels adopt the vocabulary above, and it is never published as a coverage percentage.
