Load a checklist definition and work through it step by step. Completing a step emits a receipt hash-chained to the one before it; a blocking step cannot be skipped, and the step after it cannot start until it is done. Finishing, aborting, or escalating the run emits a Merkle-rooted run receipt over every step receipt. Nothing is sent anywhere: the whole run lives in this browser tab until you export it.
