ART27-HARNESS-INREPO-1 ports the identical sweep in-repo at chaingraph/kernels/__proptests__/art-27-agentic-readiness-diagnostic.exhaustive.mjs, wired into scripts/preflight.mjs -- re-run 2026-08-16, reproduced the original: 531,441/531,441 states + 14 boundary states, 0 failures, ~3.4s. The harness itself was proven to FAIL on a mutated kernel copy (grade() 'A' cutoff weakened 85->80: 1,221 states flagged) before this record was written, then the mutant was discarded -- the real kernel was never touched.",
